Cofounder, Head of Customer Success
About Seezo
Seezo is a true 0 to 1 company. We believe small, focused teams deliver maximum value when repetitive work is automated away. Our AI-powered platform helps product teams automate security design reviews and threat modeling.
Just like our product, our Customer Success function is designed with automation at the core. We are not building a high-headcount support team. We are building an intelligent, high-leverage system. Having happy customers is our business strategy.
What you'll do
As the first Customer Success hire, you will design the customer journey from scratch and make automation do the heavy lifting. You will work directly with founders, engineers, and early customers to create a repeatable, scalable motion that combines deep product understanding with clear security guidance.
Core ResponsibilitieS
Build and automate the CS function: Design every part of the customer journey and turn manual tasks into automated workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, or scripts. Set up lifecycle emails, health scoring, and alerts
Customer onboarding and value delivery: Lead kickoffs, success planning, and rollout workshops. Translate security goals into measurable success criteria and keep adoption on track
Be a security partner: Guide customers on the best ways to use Seezo to support their teams. Assist in triaging findings and improving the quality and relevance of the outputs.
Close the feedback loop: Gather structured feedback, share insights with Product, and reduce friction through documentation and Loom videos
Handle support and escalation: Own Tier-2 technical questions, reproduce issues, and file clear reports. Set up processes for light-touch, automated incident communication
Scale with intent: Plan for the next CS hire, mentor them, and evolve workflows so we stay lean while growing
What you'll need
3 or more years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management for a B2B SaaS product
2 or more years working in or closely with application security (secure SDLC, threat modeling, or vulnerability management)
Experience automating CS workflows using tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, Zapier, or custom scripts
Ability to communicate clearly with developers and business stakeholders alike
Understanding of cloud architecture and security controls
Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or MAS
Proven ability to build or improve CS programs at early-stage startups
