The Opportunity

We're building our sales team from the ground up and looking for a driven Sales Executive to join us in this exciting growth phase. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing cybersecurity company where you'll have a significant impact on our revenue growth and help shape our sales processes. You'll work with cutting-edge AI technology while building meaningful relationships with customers who are transforming their security posture.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated by our marketing team

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Perform outbound prospecting to identify leads

  1. Sales Process Management

  • Guide prospects through our sales cycle 

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to both technical and business stakeholders

  • Coordinate and support proof-of-concept (POC) implementations

  • Manage contract negotiations and coordinate legal documentation

  1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with both technical buyers (security engineers, architects) and business decision makers (CISOs, IT leaders)

  • Provide a consultative selling approach, positioning Seezo as a strategic partner

  • Maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales cycle and post-sale for feedback

  • Ensure seamless handoffs to customer success teams

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through regular touchpoints with customers

  • Support post-sales activities on an as needed basis

  1. Market Presence & Events

  • Represent Seezo at industry conferences and trade shows

  • Support booth presence and lead generation activities at events

  • Stay current on application security and GRC market trends

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience & Background

  • 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity

  • Background in application security, GRC, or related cybersecurity domains strongly preferred

  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers

  • Open to candidates transitioning from technical roles (e.g., solutions engineering, security consulting) into sales

  • Results-driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

  • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail in managing complex sales processes and documentation

  • Highly organized: Excellent pipeline management and follow-up discipline

  • Communication skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where processes evolve quickly

What We Offer

  1. Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Variable compensation: $50,000 (uncapped commission potential)

  • Total OTE: $130,000 - $150,000
